April 22, 2026Death Elite® trademark registration confirmed.As of April 16, 2026, Death Elite® has been formally registered as a trademark before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), securing its legal standing within Class 41 (music production and live entertainment services).The registration establishes the official framework under which Death Elite® operates, reinforcing its role as the sole entity responsible for the administration, control, and release of Infinitum Obscure.Registration under Class 35 is currently in process.

April 9, 2026Entire Infinitum Obscure back catalog now under Death Elite®'s administration.On February 23, 2026, a Rights Reversion Agreement was executed between Infinitum Obscure and Deathgasm Records, restoring full ownership of all master, composition, mechanical, performance, and synchronization rights, as well as digital and physical distribution and neighboring rights, to Sub Atris Caelis, The Luminous Black EP, and Ascension Through the Luminous Black.On that same date, Death Elite® was granted exclusive, worldwide master ownership and label administration rights to manage and exploit these releases.As a result, the entire Infinitum Obscure catalog is now fully owned and administered under Death Elite®.This marks a major milestone in the band’s history and a significant achievement in independent catalog ownership and control.
